| SERVICE INFORMATION:
Vespa Downers Grove is the ONLY authorized Vespa, Piaggio and Moto Guzzi service facility in the Chicagoland suburbs. We offer factory trained, certified Vespa, Piaggio and Moto Guzzi technicians on staff and utilize authentic OEM Vespa, Piaggio and Moto Guzzi parts. Vespa has been known for its reliability and quality manufacturing and we are happy to provide the best service and support to help you maintain your Vespa to last a lifetime! Should you have any questions regarding the service, maintenance, or wish to customize your scooter with the wide array of accessories, feel free to give us a call or stop in our showroom. Your Vespa will appreciate the proper care and maintenance at regular intervals which will provide you with a safe and maintained vehicle. | | SERVICE APPOINTMENTS:
We do not require appointments for general service. Feel free to drive in an drop off your scooter when it is convenient for you. Our turnaround time is usually about two days for general service requirements, oil changes, tires, etc...
Should you wish to wait for your scooter, we do ask that you call our Service Department for a day and time so our technician will be ready and waiting to service your scooter while you wait.

| SCOOTER AND MOTORCYLE TOWING:
We understand that there might be a time that you will unable to drive your scooter or motorcycle in for service, and Vespa Downers Grove is happy to offer you a pick up service to transport your vehicle right to our service facility. We are able to pickup scooters and motorcycles from Chicago and its surrounding suburbs at a reasonable charge to you. Call our Service Department at 630-515-3455 so we may schedule your pickup when it is convenient for you. |

| VINTAGE VESPAS, PIAGGIOS AND MOTO GUZZI:
As Piaggio USA is not able to supply us with authentic OEM parts for the vintage and classic scooters and motorcycles, we are unable to work on them. We do know of a few local experts that ight be abe to help you. Please feel free to email us at - info@gogovespa.com should you be looking for service for Vintage/Classic Vespas, Piaggios and Moto Guzzis. |
| JAPANESE AND CHINESE SCOOTERS:
Vespa of Downers Grove cannot work on Japanese or Chinese scooters. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you, but our history in attempting to work on these scooters is that they are difficult to service after prolonged storage periods for no specific reasons. This poses a problem for us as we guarantee all our work as our technicians are cerified and we are unable to guarantee our work on these specific scooters. If we can't feel good about the service we provide, we simply will not do it. |
